While many of our services include backups remote and/or local please do not rely on these please remember to keep your own backups as there can be times when an issue happens and a backup is not usable for example a hard drive fails and a backup is created with corrupted data which renders the backup unusable.
These cases are extremely rare but have been known to happen.
